Welcome to Southbourne Holiday Lets

Based on the south coast of England in Southbourne Dorset near the Hampshire border, and situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, within 2 – 3hrs drive from the likes of London and Birmingham, stay in one of our holiday lets and enjoy all of the fantastic local amenities, with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth town. If getting out in the open is more your thing then as well as blue flag sandy beaches you can explore Hengistbury Head and The New Forest.

We have four wonderful holiday lets to choose from, all have been finished and decorated to a very high standard having king / super king size beds, in great locations and within easy walking distance to local amenities and sandy beaches. We pride ourselves with our attention to detail and standard of cleanliness to make your stay with us unforgettable. A minimum booking of 3 nights applies to all bookings. Between April-September we prioritise 7+ night stays however please contact us if you can’t manage 7 nights and would like to stay for 3-6 nights and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

Stourwood Corner in central Southbourne within 5min walk of beach and high street, is a spacious character, three large bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor accommodation with separate kitchen and reception room and the perfect choice for family/extended family stays. An off peak under occupancy discount is available on request where only one bedroom and bathroom are required meaning it is also well suited to couples/loan travellers.

Hengistbury Reach is a smaller two bedroom bungalow, with an open plan living area and a good sized secure garden with Jacuzzi hot tub, on the Christchurch side of Southbourne and within a short walk of both Hengistbury Head and the River Stour, ideal for couples and friends, as well as families, looking to spend time outdoors and in nature.

Sea View is a short distance down the road from Stourwood corner overlooking Southbourne Beach. A light and bright purpose built 3rd floor apartment with sunny balcony perfect for couples traveling alone, single travellers or small families looking to enjoy time away from home.

Stourcliffe Retreat is a character recently renovated 1^st floor apartment centrally located between Southbourne beach and a thriving local high street. Perfect for couples, friends & small families

Apart from Stourcliffe Retreat all properties are dog friendly however we would recommend Hengistbury Reach if you have a larger dog or multiple dogs and require secure outdoor space.

If required we will provide travel cots, high chair/booster seats, stair gate (Hengistbury Reach) a selection of age appropriate toys and games (including buckets and spades!) Also, not to forget your four-legged friend we can provide a dog crate and toys for them too! As well as saving space when you’re packing, children are always very excited to see new toys (particularly when lots of them have a holiday/seaside theme)!

With so much to explore our holiday lets are available to book 365 days a year. Depending on seasonality and celebrations we like to add little extras by way of decorations for example. If there is anything specific you require please let us know and we will do our best to help.

We are great believers in putting as much effort in with the small things, so as well as being beautifully furnished and well equipped you may also find a freshly baked local treat upon arrival, and with the milk in the fridge you can start to enjoy your stay from the start with tea and cake.
